"Becoming Divergent" - Project Announcement

Beloveds,

Happy New Year,

I can’t believe we are nearly three weeks into the New Year! Already I’ve hosted the 2025 New Year’s Theme retreat, already major disaster has hit my L.A. community, already a couple quick escapes to nature, already more learning and growing from people such as the Palestinians and Martin Luther King Jr., already making big work shifts, already painted an interior wall in my home orange, already seen the first hummingbird at my feeder, already tech billionaires saying it’s okay to use harmful language against the LGBTQIA+ community, already made new framily in my neighborhood twice my age.

So many alreadys!

And already, new traumas awakening old traumas.

Already, I’ve struggled to have or find words, as you’ve witnessed by the absence of the newsletter in your inbox.

Already, old childhood wounds are exposed and handled with tender care, bringing healing.

So much, already!

I’m sure it’s similar for you. The both/and of life.

Already, there is a welling up with in me that demands to be expressed.

Already, the terrific fear and self-doubt that accompany this.

I recorded a video the other day that shares my heart, a peek into my neurodivergence, and invites community to join in my “Becoming Divergent project” which I believe to be so needed and so timely. I hope you’ll meet me there! I hope you’ll share about your journey!

We are better together.

We need each other.
