Milestones and Good People

Beloveds,

Last month I hit a milestone! The podcast service I used to share my podcasts with you notified me that I had reached the 500 download mark.

Wow!

Four years and 25 episodes in I’ve hit a landmark that I’d never contemplated reaching. It’s wild to think that my passion for healthy living has led me to so many transformative conversations which such interesting and insightful people.

I am grateful to have persisted past a year and half hiatus in the middle of those years and smaller gaps.

I’m grateful to those who have offered their time, presence, experience, and expertise to help us live healthier lives by joining me on the podcast.

I’m grateful for the friendships that have blossomed and deepened through these shared minutes and audio waves.

I’m grateful for the technology that transcends city, states and international lines to make these connections viable.

I’m thankful to each person that has downloaded and joined in these conversations.

I’m grateful for all the shifts in my thinking about healthy living and the tools that I’ve learned over these four years.
