Hello Beloveds,

I'm so please to expand into quarterly theme retreats. The location will be online, Saturday April 5th making it accessible to many.

The Spring Theme Retreat is open to all - attendance at January's New Year's Theme retreat is not required.

Spots are limited. I'm so excited to see who is meant to join these powerful, transformative times.

Do not let cost impact your attendance. The fee will be a sliding scale based on your determination of your financial capacity.

You should have your word or theme for the year in mind, as this will be assumed in the programming.

These retreats are wonderful pauses from the hustle bustle of our lives to give energy and attention to what matters most. Can you believe it's already March!? (Notice if that causes a panic in you or what you feel in your body). These retreats are practices to stop and listen to what you are being invited into in your life.

These guided, contemplative activities include: journaling, movement, meditation, beauty seeking, and communal sharing. Each retreat yields a tangible object to remind you of your experience and what you learned in your listening.

It is a great joy of my life to offer these retreats and I'm delighted to host these touch points more frequently. I hope to see you April 5th!
